If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase, we're here to help.
We will accept, for return or exchange, must meet the following criteria.
- Items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of
damages by the customer.
- Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in
their original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return
the original item and purchase the new item separately.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have
received your returned item. If your return is approved, refunds will be made
in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for
purchase will be credited with a refund.
While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received
the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to
complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between
card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost
of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
